About Nordic Freelance 2023
The Nordic Freelance Unions take turns in organizing summits in each country, for mutual inspiration and professional update.
With reasonable pricing and exiting program, we expect freelance journalists to participate from all Nordic countries, as well as fellow colleagues from the Baltic states and even further east.
International collaboration and how to finance cross cultural projects will be major topics. The possibilities and experiences of collective agreements to enhance our standings will also be discussed.

Where and how to get there
We are happy to announce that Nordic Freelance 2023 will take place at Gaustablikk Fjellresort. The hotel is located right next to Gaustatoppen www.gausta.com/gaustatoppen/. It is also a short drive to Hardangervidda, one of Europe’s largest high mountain plateaus and Scandinavia’s largest national park.
On Friday, take the R12 train from Oslo Airport Gardermoen at 10:43 or jump on at Oslo Central Station at 11, arriving in Kongsberg at 12:25. From there we have a bus that takes you directly to the first venue at fantastic Vemork https://www.nia.no/en/vemork/
Back on Sunday, we will bus you at 12 to Kongsberg, for the corresponding train that leaves from Kongsberg either at 14:02, change trains and Gardermoen at 15:57, or directly at 14:35, at Gardermoen at 16:17.
